How it works

Set up your raffle

One page: your club, the date, how many numbers, the prizes, and where the rest of the money goes.

Members scan to join

Show the sign-up QR. Members scan it, join with their wallet, and get their own invite by BsvMail.

Open a game

On the night you open each game. Members tap their numbers and pay from their phone, and the board fills in as they sell.

Draw

When every number is sold, draw the winner. Cash prizes are paid in one click.

Pick your rules when you set up. Members get them in plain words in their invite before they buy.

🎡 A draw everyone watches — and can check. Before the first number is sold, BSVRaffle seals the draw. When you spin, every phone watches the wheel land on the winner, and each phone checks for itself that the number came from that seal and the numbers sold. Nobody can steer it. Prefer your own wheel, barrel or hat? Type in the number and it’s shown as drawn at the club.

Do I need to install anything?

No. BSVRaffle opens in your web browser on your phone, tablet or computer.

Who can take part?

Only the members on your club’s list. Each member gets an email with their own link, and nobody else can buy numbers. Take someone off the list and they can no longer buy.

Does the organiser have to stay online?

Only to open each game and to draw. Once a game is open, members can keep buying even if your phone is in your pocket. The board shows each sale straight away, and your app confirms it to the member by email when you’re back.

What if two people pick the same number?

The first one gets it. The other member is told straight away, and their payment is listed for a refund, which you pay in the same one click as the winners.

Can members overseas join in?

Yes. Turn on prepurchase: you can open games before the night, and members get an email as soon as each one opens.

How do I know the draw is fair?

Before the first number is sold, BSVRaffle seals the draw. Everyone watches the wheel spin, and every phone checks for itself that the winning number came from that seal and the numbers sold.

Can we raise money for a charity?

Yes. Choose a charity when you set up, and the invite and the board show what share goes to it.
